Hoarders won't follow city's orders

To the editor:

RE: "City hall mobilizes inspectors in war against hoarders," Sept. 5.

Your article on hoarders failed to address the most obvious question: What happens to hoarders after they simply refuse to pay all the countless fines issued against them?

After having lived next door to a hoarder for years, I can assure you that the answer is absolutely nothing.

It is the victims of hoarders who should be the focus of attention, and not a group of self-centred individuals who continue with anti-social behaviour at the expense of everybody else..
