Not your average kitchen party, From Farms to Forks 5 take guests through the kitchen classrooms of the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in support of Growing Chefs, a non-profit based in Vancouver that teaches kids about growing and cooking food by putting chef volunteers into elementary schools. This annual fundraiser takes guests on a gourmet journey prepared by chefs from West, Tableau Bar Bistro, Burdock and Co, Homer St. Café, Miku, Fable, Campagnolo and Cinara to name a few.
