As the stars of the Canadian music scene descend upon Vancouver for the 47th annual JUNO Awards and JUNO Week, March 19 to March 25, it’s not always easy for fans hoping to get selfie or autograph with their favourite musicians. Where do musicians hang out? Clubs? Their tour bus? The recesses of their mind?

As it turns out, the mall.

On March 24, Metropolis at Metrotown is the place to be for JUNO Fan Fare. Hosted by CBC Music’s Odario Williams, Amanda Parris and CBC Vancouver’s Anita Bathe, the afternoon love-in offers fans a chance to get up close and personal with this year’s JUNO nominees and enjoy live performances by Jess Moskaluke, High Valley, Ria Mae, Scott Helman and Tim Hicks, while Dave Ritter of The Strumbellas will DJ the event.

Appearing at JUNO Fan Fare for Selfie Sessions are: Aaron Pritchett, Arkells, Chad Brownlee, Dallas Smith, Dan Davidson, Daniel Caesar, High Valley, James Barker Band, Jess Moskaluke, Lights, Marianas Trench, Ria Mae, Ruth B., Scott Helman, Shawn Hook, Theory, Tim Hicks and Virginia to Vegas.

JUNO Fan Fare runs from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 24. Tickets are free and available on a first come, first served basis, starting at 10 a.m. on March 10 at junofanfare.ca.
