With the show that put the spotlight on Steveston wrapping up after seven seasons, fans have one last chance to the attend the Once Upon a Time Convention in Vancouver next weekend.

Organized by Creation Entertainment, an American company that hosts conventions for fans of various film and TV shows, the three day conference brings fans close to some of their favourite stars from the show through presentations, photo and autograph opportunities, a live concert, trivia competition, karaoke night and a screening of the show’s newest episode.

Lana Parrilla (Regina), Colin O’Donoghue (Captain Killian “Hook” Jones), Rebecca Mader (Zelena) and several other stars are scheduled to attend. Michael Coleman (Happy the dwarf), who recently faced sexual misconduct allegations, withdrew from the conference in February.

“It is incredibly heartbreaking to think anyone could accuse me of taking advantage of my position in life or the areas of trust imbued upon me. I adamantly deny any wrong doing and I am confident the truth will be revealed soon,” Coleman said in a written statement posted to Creation Entertainment’s website.

“This being said, out of the incredible respect I have for Creation Entertainment, the cast of Once Upon a Time, and the fans of this magical project I believe it is best if I withdraw from the Vancouver convention so as to not be a distraction of any kind.”

The farewell convention runs from March 16 to 18. Online tickets are no longer available, but tickets can be purchased at the door. And, of course, costumes are encouraged.
