Exotic Courier: Joanne Therrien in Reykjavik, Iceland

Joanne and her husband Don Orlesky wanted to take a different kind of trip to celebrate Don’s 60th birthday and chose Iceland as their destination this winter. In the capital, they visited the tallest church in Iceland—the Lutheran Hallgrimskirkaja church, whose construction spanned 38 years (from 1945 to 1986). The couple had a lovely time and were pleasantly surprised by the cool, but sunny weather.
