The Wellness Show celebrates its 20th anniversary later this month at the Vancouver Convention Centre. The event is the largest trade show dedicated to health and wellness in Western Canada. This year's show includes speakers, workshops, fitness and cooking demonstrations, food samples and "amazing" contests. Also included this year are cheese tastings, massage, shiatsu, reflexology and a kids play area.
