What does your dream donut taste like? If Cartems has yet to put the flavour you’ve always wanted on their menu, now is your chance to pitch them your ideas.
The beloved Vancouver “donuterie” is turning to their customers for their May donut specials. “We want to hear every crazy, unique, simple or strange idea they may have!” says a Cartems rep via email.
Submit your idea from March 6 to 13 via the Cartems website. Flavours must align with one of their three donut categories: Yeast donut, Vanilla cake donut, or Stuffie (Stuffed donut).
The Cartems team will take a look at all the submissions, narrow them down to finalists, and once again turn the public loose for a voting period to pick the winners in each category.
Those winning donuts will be the feature flavours for the month of May, and their clever creators will be invited to attend Cartems Donut University–sadly, it’s not a place, but rather an evening event with Cartems’ Chef Rags, who will teach attendees how to make and glaze their own donuts.
