The Lingerie Football League is an abomination, says a reader, who thinks the women should be strippers if they feel the need to run around naked.

To the editor:

Re: "Pigskin and lace," June 8. I get it. Women love to play football. I would, too, if I had the size, time and money and all that jazz, but really-lace, panties and bras? Instead of a uniform like the men wear, you want to have equal rights to play? Wear a full uniform like the guys.

And you think men are there to watch

you ladies play? Hell no. It's a sexed-up problem waiting to happen and a disgrace to the game of football. If you feel the need to run about half naked, get dancing or strip jobs. Or better yet, get a life. Sign this a fan sad to see football made into a sex game that kids are going to go to.
