Re: "Mayor won't force thin streets on any neighbourhood," Oct. 5.

So Mayor Gregor Robertson won't be forced on communities without their buy-in.

Where have we heard that one before? Oh, yes. Former mayor Sam Sullivan telling Dunbar residents in a public meeting that laneway houses won't be imposed on their community.

Oh, sure.
