The Thompson-Nicola Regional District has rescinded all flood-related evacuation alerts within the TNRD.
"The imminent risk of danger to life and properties due to the flooding recently experienced in the areas of Cherry Creek and Lower Nicola has diminished at this time," reads a press release. "While the risk of flooding in these areas has diminished, an evacuation alert or order may need to be reissued if the risk of danger to life and property should again warrant such action."
Evacuation alerts and orders still remain in effect for TNRD residents near the Allie Lake wildfire.
