Roses and Rotten Tomatoes

A dump truck full of rotten tomatoes to Mayor Watts and roses to Mayor Jackson regarding the Now article "Clean up your side of Scott Road." Watts needs to come down harder on owners of establishments who neglect their places - they are making our neighbourhoods look disgusting! Thank you Mayor Jackson for calling Watts out on this topic.
