The fourth episode of NHL After Dark, a series of commercials for GoPro cameras thinly disguised as viral hockey videos, stars Daniel and Henrik Sedin. The twins join retired NHLer-turned-broadcaster Mike Johnson at the Toronto Marlies' practice facility, the hilariously named MasterCard Centre for Hockey Excellence, for a series of curious drills. And because it's an ad for GoPro cameras, which can be mounted on one's head, the Sedins do all of this with a camera on their helmet.

So if you've ever wanted to experience Sedinery while sitting on Daniel or Henrik Sedin's head like Jiminy Cricket might, then boy oh boy, is this the video for you.

"That didn't take very long to figure out."

Yeah, no kidding. Give the Sedins a drill that relies on stickhandling and chemistry and they'll find the sweet spot in a matter of minutes. That's hardly a surprise. On both of the first two drills, the twins take about a split-second to work out a rhythm, and everything after that is hockey poetry.

But Daniel and Henrik's chemistry doesn't preclude them from spirited competition with one another, which is why the "Steal the Bacon" minigame might be the most entertaining part of this clip. In the drill, a race for the puck that begins with both players flat on their backs, you get an up-close look at how skilled the Sedins are at protecting the puck, not to mention shooting it.

The takeaway, I guess, is that the Sedins are good. And that they should be in more commercials.
