Police ask public to watch out for items stolen from Nanaimo home

Nanaimo RCMP are asking the public to keep an eye out for a number of stolen items, including wedding bands, three other rings and a string of pearls. The items were taken during a break-in that occurred between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Oct.

Nanaimo RCMP are asking the public to keep an eye out for a number of stolen items, including wedding bands, three other rings and a string of pearls.

The items were taken during a break-in that occurred between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 7 at a home on Manhattan Way.

Entry to the home was made via a sliding glass door.

Also taken were a small amount of cash, identification, several watches, pearl earrings and a grey Dell XPS 9570 laptop. Police have released photos of some of the items.
