Do you have questions for the City of Burnaby about the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic?
Friday is your opportunity to ask those questions, as Mayor Mike Hurley prepares to host a Facebook Live event to answer “the many questions the city has received on COVID-19 and its impact on local government services, policies and procedures,” according to a social media post.
The event will be starting Friday morning at 11:30 a.m., and city spokesperson Chris Bryan said there is no rigid time limit. You can ask your questions on the Facebook event page beforehand or in the comments section of the video in real time.
“Please note that Mayor Hurley may not be able to answer all questions received during the broadcast. We will try to respond to any outstanding questions after the broadcast is finished,” reads a writeup on the event page.
