Burnaby residents promised first dibs on winter programs like swimming lessons

Burnaby residents can stay creative, curious and connected to their community this winter by registering for a wide range of programs at the city’s recreation and cultural facilities, according to the City of Burnaby.

Burnaby residents can stay creative, curious and connected to their community this winter by registering for a wide range of programs at the city’s recreation and cultural facilities, according to the City of Burnaby.

Priority registration for Burnaby residents opens Dec. 1. Non-Burnaby residents can register beginning Dec. 4, with the first programs beginning in early January. 

Programs available include:

  • Cartooning
  • Print Making and Pinot
  • Skating Lessons
  • Swimming Lessons
  • Private Music Lessons and more

“Enhanced health and safety protocols are in place to ensure participants can safely enjoy Burnaby’s rich variety of cultural and recreational offerings,” said a news release. “If any programs are cancelled as a result of direction from health authorities, refunds will be provided.”
