Burnaby's biggest mall transforming into Lunar New Year wonderland

To usher in the 2020 Lunar New Year, Metropolis at Metrotown will be hosting over two weeks of family-friendly festivities along with a popular Instagram-worthy lantern display.

Starting Friday, January 24, Metropolis at Metrotown’s Grand Court will be the home to 388 red lanterns, great for taking photos with your family & friends.

Each weekend, Metropolis will be hosting a series of activities including traditional & modern Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean dance performances, live music performances, paper craft & cookie decorating workshops, fortune telling workshop & consultations, and a popular Travel through Asia photo booth.
