Suspects wanted for stolen debit card transactions in Burnaby

Mounties have released photos of a man and woman suspected of $28,000 worth of fraudulent debit card transactions in Burnaby, Surrey and Coquitlam.

Mounties have released photos of a man and woman suspected of $28,000 worth of fraudulent debit card transactions in Burnaby, Surrey and Coquitlam.

The investigation began in August, after a report that multiple stolen credit cards belonging to a husband and wife had been fraudulently used throughout the Lower Mainland, according to a Surrey RCMP press release.

Police in Burnaby, Surrey and Coquitlam have be investigating the use of the stolen cards, and the release of the photos was designed to advance the case, Surrey Mounties said.  

The suspects are described as a dark-skinned adult male and a Caucasian female.
