Original story below

There is a bus bridge in place Friday morning between Richmond-Brighouse and Bridgeport stations, due to a power issue affecting the Canada Line.

A shuttle train is also running between the two stations, according to TransLink. There is only single-track service in the area.

Translink says that all customers must transfer trains at Bridgeport Station to continue on their journey, and anyone on a southbound train from Waterfront Station will also need to transfer at Bridgeport Station.

Canada Line service between Waterfront Station and YVR Airport is unaffected. Expo and Millenium Line service is also unaffected.

Bus services and extra staff are on site to help with any additional passenger volumes.

TransLink says that customers seeking alternative routes to SkyTrain can use the TransLink Trip Planner online and select the “exclude SkyTrain” option under advanced search settings. Customers can also phone the customer information desk at 604-953-3333.
