I recently read the story the NOW published about the Burnaby woman who took her war with her neighbours to TikTok.
Maybe it's just me in my old(er) age, but what happened to resolving things in a mature manner?
I found the video after doing some digging, and what I saw was what I would expect from a child. I cannot believe this is how a grown adult chooses to conduct herself, with libellous claims and no evidence to back any of them up and veiled threats.
It seems to me that this person who made the video thrives on the attention (let's be honest, that's what most people use social media for) and would rather continue the drama because they get off on it. There are some seriously sick and twisted people out there.
This story is a stark reminder as to why I don't allow my own children to use social media.
