On Friday, Sept. 27 I will be striking for the climate alongside young people from across the Lower Mainland and across the globe.
We’re done with empty promises of insufficient action to be taken years from now - promises by politicians who won't still be in power. We’re out of time for stalling tactics. Massive structural changes are needed now. A climate emergency has been declared at all levels of government. In an emergency, we drop business as usual and attend to the immediate need. Join the strike.
On the 27th, I will march with the young organizers, the Sustainabiliteens, as we fight together for our future.
