An out-of-date ad ran on page 19 of the Oct. 17 issue of Delta Optimist about an upcoming public hearing on proposed projects and developments.
The public can visit council chambers (4500 Clarence Taylor Crescent) at Oct. 29 (not Sept. 16) beginning at 7 p.m. to provide input and learn more about proposed projects, including possible zoning amendments for the regulation of brewpubs, removing covenant requirements for secondary suites, and possible rezoning to permit subdivision and development of three single detached residential lots.
A council meeting is scheduled to follow the public hearing. More information is available on the City of Delta’s website.
