Those big, red lips and tongue teasing the city a couple of days ago were right on the money: The Rolling Stones are heading out on tour and will make a stop in Vancouver.

The Rolling Stones revealed plans for their 2020 No Filter North American tour Thursday, playing 15 cities. The Stones will rock Vancouver on May 12 at B.C. Place.

“It’s always a pleasure to return to North America and play for some of biggest and best crowds in the world!” said Mick Jagger via media release.

The Rolling Stones last embarked on a world tour in 2017; their No Filter tour ran into 2019, but some dates had to be rescheduled due to 76-year-old lead singer Mick Jagger's heart surgery. In fact, all of the Stones are septuagenarians: Charlie Watts is 78, Keith Richards 76, and Ronnie Wood is 72.

“We had the best time on the road last summer and we are ready to do it again!” adds Richards.

The 2020 No Filter Tour kicks off May 8 in San Diego and wraps up in July in Atlanta. Vancouver is the only Canadian city on the tour this time around.

Tickets for the show will go on sale to the general public on Friday, Feb. 14 at 10 a.m. while Amex card members will have the chance to buy during presale on Feb. 12 and 13.
