The audience will be dazzled by the bright palette of Grandi's most popular collections, during three runway shows on the Piazza Moda main stage, promises designer Grandy C.

A massive celebration of Italian culture is expected to attract 300,000 attendees, who will take in the festivities spanning more than 14 blocks of Commercial Drive.

"I'm excited to be part of this iconic celebration,” says Grandy. “We've have a close working relationship with the Italian community here in Vancouver, so we are delighted to be able to share the fun and fashion with the city.”

The three fashion shows – at 2:45, 4:45, and 6:45 p.m.– will each have a different flavour.

Kicking off the fashion spree are bright, colourful pieces from the illustrious Essential Colours collection, as seen in Paper Magazine and Refinery 29.

These colourful designs are inspired by crayons and the freedom of individual expression through fashion, explains Grandy.

The second show will reprise a Tokyo Fashion Week favourite for Grandi, featuring bold, artful prints and chic lines from the Prismania collection.

To finish the evening, Grandi models will don exquisite couture gowns.

“We'll be going for a red carpet vibe with this last one,” promises Grandy.
