The City of Richmond launched a more efficient registration system for its Parks, Recreation and Culture program last week.
“The new system will keep Richmond at the forefront of service delivery standards by offering a robust, customer-friendly registration solution for programs and services,” said Richmond mayor Malcolm Brodie, adding that it will improve a customer’s experience.
Customers can access the new system through the city’s original sign-on service website – MyRichmond – where information regarding registration, drop-in admissions, facility bookings, memberships and sale transactions can be found.
With the transition to a new system, previous users were sent an email with instructions on how to activate and use their new account on Nov. 6.
If no emails were received, customers are asked to contact the Registration Call Centre or to drop by a recreation facility to set up their account.
MyRichmond is also allows customers access to parks, recreation and cultural program information, property tax information, utilities usage and bills and more.
