Drivers are facing long delays travelling through Richmond this morning.
While now cleared, a crash in the right lane, on the northbound midspan of the Oak Street Bridge has traffic heavily backed up along Highway 99 to Westminster Highway.
And a police incident in the left lane, on the northbound midspan of the Arthur Laing Bridge is causing heavy volume on both Grant McConachie and Russ Baker ways, and No. 2 Road until just before Granville Avenue.
Traffic is also backed up along Gilbert and River road approaching Russ Baker Way.
It’s not much better at the Knight Street Bridge, where drivers are backed up to the East-West Connector.
