Five years ago today, a Richmond News reader found a bubbly scene outside a Richmond building.
The outdoor fountain at The Gardens development on No. 5 Road and Steveston Highway was turned into a bubble bath.
It is unknown if the prankster(s) were located, but we can say it was quite the frothy prank.
