This company has been a part of the Tri-Cities community for almost 30 years

The Tri-Cities have experienced their fair share of change over the past three decades, and one local business has had a front row seat for the vast majority of it.

The people behind the Landscape Centre first opened the doors of a modest 800 sq. ft. showroom in January 1990, starting a journey that has seen them serve the local community for the better part of 30 years.

Today the company continues to supply landscape construction products to the Tri-Cities from their 4,000 sq. ft. indoor showroom at 75 Blue Mountain Street in Coquitlam, a space that shows just how far the region and the business has come.

However, despite the change that the Landscape Centre has witnessed over the past 28 years, one thing remains the same today as it did the day they opened the doors to their business, and that’s a commitment to their customers and the local community.

“It all comes back to a passion for our industry and providing great customer service,” Landscape Centre’s Lance Schindel says. “We value our relationships with our customers and focus on making them repeat customers through service, knowledge, and building relationships with them.”

That passion can be seen in every aspect of the company from its friendly, knowledgeable staff to the extensive range of products that customers can browse whatever the weather.

“We don’t just want people to read about the products we offer, we want them to be able to see them with their own eyes,” Schindel says. “No matter what the weather we want customers to be able to take their time, gather ideas and speak to our knowledgeable staff to help get the right products for your project. We can even organize delivery or help to put you in touch with professionals if you are interested in getting someone in to do the work for you.”
