All the Colours Bleed Into One is the title of the artwork at left as well as Janet Kvammen’s collection that’s now on display until Jan. 6 at Western Sky Books in Port Coquitlam.
A mixed media/lens-based artist and poet, Kvammen has 24 pieces in her show.
Kvammen is best known in New Westminster as the vice-president of the Royal City Literary Arts Society and her work with the New West Artists.
Three years ago, she received a Nehru Humanitarian Award from UBC and Goel Family Charitable Foundation; she also won the Writer’s International Network Distinguished Poet and Artist Award in 2012 and, two years later, the World Poetry Empowered Poet Award.
