Store signs for a Bulk Barn store have gone up at Trenant Park Square in Ladner.
The Optimist reported earlier this month the food store could be headed to the old Shoe Warehouse space at the mall but the only response from the company was to check the website periodically for new store openings.
There doesn’t appear to be any mention of a Ladner store on the website yet.
The site says Bulk Barn has over 275 locations with each store offering over 4,000 products. Some of the product categories on the site include baking ingredients, candy, cereals and grains, chocolate, coffee and tea, snacks and more.
The Optimist has reached out to inquire when the Ladner location might open.
