In less than two weeks, some classic, Canadian showmanship will gallop through Richmond as the RCMP’s Musical Ride is touring Metro Vancouver.

On Aug. 14 at 7:45 p.m. at Richmond's Twin Oaks Farm (13671 No. 3 Rd.), a full troop of 32 riders and their horses will perform an intricate display of figures and drills, all choreographed to music.

The 30-minute show typically raises thousands of dollars for local charities and non-profits, all while celebrating some of Canada’s traditions.

This year’s performance in Richmond is in partnership with the Steveston Rotary Club and tickets are $10 per person, while children under the age of five are free.
