Burnaby man banned from dating sought by RCMP

Burnaby RCMP are still searching for a local man more than a week after their initial plea.

Jack Lincoln Kelley, 33, is wanted on two Canada-wide warrants and one B.C.-wide warrant in relation to sexual assault, assault and unlawful confinement charges, according to a police press release.

“Kelley is known to police and should not be confronted by the public. If located, please contact the RCMP or your local police,” stated the release.

Under court-imposed conditions, police said Kelley is banned from dating or having any intimate relationship with any woman unless a bail supervisor has first informed her of his court-ordered conditions.

Kelley is believe to be living in Burnaby or the surrounding area, according to police.

He is described as white, six feet tall and 190 pounds, with brown eyes and a balding head.
