No SeaBus sailings are expected to be cancelled tomorrow, according to TransLink.

The Metro Vancouver transit authority announced late Saturday afternoon there would likely be no cancellations Nov. 10 for those commuters who rely on the pedestrian ferry connecting Vancouver to the North Shore, despite the continuation of a transit strike which was launched Nov. 1.

The job action was launched with Unifor members demanding improved wages, benefits and working conditions.

For the first time since transit workers launched the job action eight days ago, there were no cancelled SeaBus sailings on Saturday as well.

SeaBus sailings were affected earlier this week, however, with cancellations of certain sailings mainly occurring early in the morning and later in the afternoon.
