Ingredients:
1/8 cup egg white |
1/4 teaspoon cardamom |
Method:
Heat oven to 375. In a bowl, coat cashews in egg whites. Add sugar and all the spices to the bowl. Toss and coat evenly.
Bake on a cookie sheet uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until golden and crisp. Turn them half-way during cooking time to prevent burning. Keepd in an airtight jar up to 4 weeks.
