As lifestyle editor at the Vancouver Courier, I’m lucky that during the year some really great gifts land on my desk.

And while I try and write about some of these items, I can’t always get to all of them — my apologies.

But, I will attempt to make up for that now by not only writing about some of these items, but by also giving them away to someone who will either appreciate them or pass them on as a gift to someone else who will enjoy them.

This week’s prize pack includes Lush Cosmetics products including, Snow Fairy Body Spray, Fairy Dust, bath bombs, soap and more inspired by RuPaul’s Drag Race superstars Shea Couleé, Detox and Kim Chi. (These products are in a box under my desk and they smell great.) With this new campaign, 250 Lush stores across North America are in full drag and ready for any “Eleganza Extravaganza!” These make great stocking stuffers and gifts.

And I’m making it easy to enter. You don’t have to “follow” me or fill out a form or sign up for a newsletter. All you have to do is email me at sthomas@vancourier.com with the word "Lush" in the subject line and we’ll hold a random draw next week. You also have to be able to pick the prize up from the Courier office on West Fifth Avenue between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. — it’s that simple.

And congratulations to Chris Smith for winning last week’s prize pack, which included the top five books as chosen by Indigo readers.

Note: Unless I hear from the winner within a week, that prize will go to another reader who emailed me about that particular gift pack. In the past I’ve had tickets go to waste and prizes sit unclaimed when someone else could have enjoyed them, so I’m going to add this caveat. (And if you can’t make it in right away, just let me know.)
