EAT! Vancouver celebrates the best of the city’s incredible food and drink.

Back for its 16th year, the EAT! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival offers several days of delicious programming that celebrates the incredible food and drink the city has to offer.

Running from November 5 to 10, 2018, EAT! Vancouver is a draw for food fans of all kinds, and at all budgets. From epic tasting events to intimate dinners, workshops, and more, EAT! has an array of options for anyone hungry for some fun.

The schedule for EAT! is divided by experience.

The EAT! Dinner Series pairs up luminaries from celebrated kitchens across North America with local chefs for exciting collaboration dinners that are truly once in a lifetime. Robert Belcham hosts L.A.’s Neal Fraser at Campagnolo, Wildebeest welcomes Naomi Pomeroy of Portland’s equally meaty Beast, while Cinara hosts Toronto’s Mitchell Bates from Grey Gardens and Winnipeg’s Mandel Hitzer from deer+almond in an epic triple header–just to name a few on the roster.

A lineup of expert classes will enhance your knowledge (and delight your tastebuds) when it comes to everything from sausage-making to bourbon-sipping, and there are two big tasting events: The Harvest (featuring 24 chefs along with wineries and more) and EAT! Pastry (just for those of you with a sweet tooth). There’s even an entire night dedicated to cognac.

All of the events are detailed and a full schedule is available online.
