Here are just a few of the highlights of what’s on offer now through the holidays.
Take a selfie
Fairmont Pacific Rim and Tiffany & Co. partnered for the first time to create an iconic 15-foot holiday tree, which is shining brightly in the hotel lobby. Designed by Tiffany & Co, this holiday moment is brought to life with signature Tiffany blue and silver ornaments. Warm up this season with gourmet sips from the Tiffany & Co. Hot Cocoa Cart making pop-up appearances in the lobby during the festive season.
Meanwhile Fairmont Hotel Vancouver has created a winter wonderland in its lobby with traditional tree displays and decorations, and globe trotters will want to pose in front of the pop-up globe display in the lobby of the Fairmont Vancouver Airport. As well, Adirondack chairs and holiday lighting at Fairmont Waterfront's log cabin gives a nod to nostalgic winter holidays.
Festive cocktails
The Botanist cocktail wizards at Fairmont Pacific Rim are have stirred up a collection of winter-inspired craft cocktails while the Lobby Lounge holiday offerings include a lineup of daily live music and a menu of festive libations now through Dec. 31. Notch8 in the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is also getting in the spirit with a holiday cocktail lineup also available until New Year’s Eve.
Afternoon tea
Enter the magical Land of Sweets at Notch8 at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver with a Nutcracker Themed Afternoon Tea indulging in delectable savoury fare, scones and festive sweets. For wee tea-goers there are kid-friendly finger sandwiches, scones and sweet treats.
Mingle All the Way
The Lobby Lounge and RawBar is taking group reservations for guaranteed one hour lunches with friends and co-workers. Lunch includes a welcome glass of sparkling wine or sake and includes sushi chef Taka Omi’s 100 per cent Ocean Wise gourmet Bento Box. The celebratory lunches are available Monday to Friday.
Guests looking to host intimate holiday party in the evening can reserve the exclusive Bob Dylan-inspired communal tables with their choice of fresh B.C. sashimi sushi or West Coast Oyster Platter, which includes a welcome glass of sparkling wine and holiday-inspired cocktail. Giovane café + eatery + market sweetens up the season with a selection of holiday bûche, and for a limited time, a seasonal candy cane sugar bun, which made its debut Dec. 1.

Join Fairmont Waterfront for an evening of live music and a three course dinner with festive favorites complete with sweet treats served from 5:30 p.m.

- The stunning Pacific Ballroom at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver hosts a dinner buffet with traditional carvery offerings, succulent seafood and decadent festive desserts along with live entertainment, festive melodies and appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus from 5 to 9 p.m. In Notch8 diners can feast on a four course dinner 5 p.m.
- At Fairmont Pacific Rim, Botanist offers a six-course dinner tasting menu featuring decadent dishes, including northern divine caviar, ora king salmon and 20-day, dry-aged duck breast with live music.

One child out of seven in Canada is at risk of missing out on breakfast and the donation will provide breakfast for two children for a week at school.
