Serving up Korean-style eats since 2014, Vancouver’s Disco Cheetah food truck has opened up a brick-and-mortar restaurant location of the same name and concept in the city’s West End.
Located at 1183 Davie Street, Disco Cheetah joins the city’s vibrant Davie Village with their bold Korean dishes with Vancouver flair.
On the menu at the restaurant are their signature rice bowls, available with your choice of protein, such as fried tofu, Korean Fried Chicken, or pulled pork, and two of four sauces; salad bowls with your choice of protein and dressing; epic one-pound wraps; their fries loaded with protein and toppings; and tons of add-on options, like extra kimchi or cheese, for any of the dishes.
Currently Disco Cheetah is offering extended summertime hours (June to October) and will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
You can still find the Disco Cheetah truck at Robson Square Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on weekends at events around the city.
