One SkyTrain issue has been fixed, but another is disrupting transit service in Burnaby and Vancouver.

“The technical issue for Canada Line has been resolved,” said a news release from TransLink. “We are in process of returning to normal service. There is significant crowding at Oakridge Station. The bus bridge between Oakridge and Bridgeport Stations will remain in place for now to clear the extra volume.

“The medical emergency at Joyce-Collingwood Station continues. Customers must continue to switch to a shuttle train or bus bridge at Nanaimo and Metrotown Stations. No trains are stopping at Joyce-Collingwood. We are encouraging customers going downtown to take the Millennium Line to Commercial-Broadway where they can switch to the Expo Line. We expect this disruption to continue for at least another three hours (as of 10:30 a.m.).”
