A crash in the southbound lanes of Highway 99 just north of Steveston Highway in Richmond caused delays Tuesday morning as cars weaved around the incident using the HOV lane.
DriveBC cautioned drivers to expect heay delays, but by 11 a.m. said the incident had been cleared.
