An altercation broke out on public transit in West Vancouver this week that involved a slew of profanities as well as a death threat by one passenger.

The incident was captured on video by Christine Starr who posed the interaction to her Facebook account. She was taking a ride home from the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal on Sunday, September 23, when the fight broke out. According to her, the woman simply didn’t want to give up the seat beside her, and that was all the other passenger was asking for.

With that being said, the video does not capture all of her remarks, some of which came before it was recorded on the bus.

“Crazy ride home from Horseshoe Bay. This lady on the bus here starts yelling at Everyone on the bus. Just cause she didn’t wanna give up the seat next to her. All they did was ask if they could sit their. She starts being rascist and sh*t. I started gettin pissed off. What a joke. Thanks for the show. Lmfao,” reads her caption.

The video has had 198,000 views since it was shared to Facebook on Sunday night.
