Teams and individuals are invited to join the Special Olympics athletes, members of local law enforcement agencies, corporate teams and local celebrities in this “fun and frigid” fundraiser.

Sportsnet650 Starting Lineup host James Cybulski will emcee Plunge Day, which will include a costume contest. The Vancouver Polar Plunge will also feature law enforcement operations vehicles on display.

There are 4,600 Special Olympians in 55 communities throughout B.C. The event raises money for their year-round sports programs and competitions.
