Important information about B.C. parks and the May long weekend

With some provincial parks affected by COVID-19 opening today, some are not, so it's best you know before you go

It's the start of the May long weekend and while some of you are just itching to take a road trip, we're still being advised to stay put and only travel when it's essential.

Beginning today, May 14, some provincial parks affected by COVID-19 will begin reopening, but with restrictions, while others will not.

To prepare you for the weekend, here's some updated information for parks across the province from B.C. Parks.
