Police have determined that the suspicious death at East Vancouver’s Kingsgate Mall was accidental.
Police and paramedics were called to the mall parking lot at around 1:30 a.m. last Thursday after a man was found in medical distress.
The man, a 24-year-old visiting Vancouver from the U.K., was rushed to hospital but later died.
Police said it appears the man was injured in an accidental fall.
