A man is in hospital after being struck by a car while riding an electric scooter in Mount Pleasant.
Vancouver Police Department media relations officer Const. Steve Addison says police were called to the collision, at the intersection of Yukon Street and West Fifth Avenue, at around 1 p.m. Thursday.
He said the man had been taken to hospital. Const. Addison said police were still looking into the incident and could not provide further information at this stage.
