“Steps are being taken to reunite him with his family,” VPD media relations officer Const. Jason Doucette said in a press release.
Graham initially got separated from his family near Dunlevy and Jackson avenues just after 2:30 p.m. Aug. 21. He was spotted the next day at around 8 p.m. walking in the area East Hastings Street and Slocan.
