Stay calm and carry on appears to be the motto for today’s much anticipated but ultimately underwhelming snowmageddon.
Vancouver students hoping for a snow day will be disheartened to learn that public schools across the city remain open despite the wintry dusting.
Classes at the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University also remain open.
Mother Nature, however, did throw a wrench into B.C. Ferries’ plans, with several sailings getting cancelled due to “extreme weather.”
