While Vancouver may or may not truly be a world-class city, there's no denying we don't exactly have a world-class motto.
"By Sea, Land and Air, We Prosper" isn't what you would call the catchiest of civic slogans, especially compared to the more evocative likes of, say, the City of Lights, the City that never Sleeps or Sin City.
Bob Kronbaurer, the founder of the popular local website Vancouver Is Awesome, asked Vancouverites on Twitter Wednesday to suggest some new slogans for the city or various local institutions using the hashtag #fakevanslogans.
