A parolee who is serving a five-year sentence for a hostage-taking, and a man with a history of sexual assualt, have failed to return for their curfews at halfway houses in Vancouver.
Canada-wide warrants were issued on Mar. 10 for the arrest of 42-year-old Kevin Jerome Holden and 47-year-old Stanley Porter.
The Vancouver Police Department says Holden is white, 6 feet tall, weighs 160 pounds, has short blonde hair, blue eyes, and numerous tattoos. He was last seen wearing a black hoody, blue jeans, black runners and was carrying a black and grey duffel bag.
As well as the 2013 hostage-taking, has 34 prior convictions for breach of trust, violence, and property related offences.
Porter is a 47-year-old indigenous male, who is 5'3" tall, weighs 180 pounds, has short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a criminal history for sexual assault and sexual interference. He is serving a 10-year long-term supervision order.
Anyone who sees either man, or knows their whereabouts, is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
