Vancouver was ranked in the top 50 best cities in the world for women entrepreneurs

Vancouver was ranked in the top 50 best cities in the world for women entrepreneurs in 2019 by Dell Technologies.

The study ranks 50 cities around the world according to their ability to foster the growth of women entrepreneurs based on five metrics, which include: markets, talent, capital, culture, and technology. What’s more, the study is the only global, gender-specific one that looks at a city’s ability to foster the growth of women-owned businesses. As such, it serves, “as a diagnostic tool to advise policy-makers on how to better support women in business.”
