Last Thursday, a handful of media, fans, curious onlookers and last minute Christmas shoppers dropped by the intersection of East Hastings and Cassiar to experience a brush with celebrity.
The local luminary in question was Canuck the Crow, whose winged escapades have earned him considerable ink in the Courier and across the Internet. His best human friend, Shawn Bergman, sent out a press release stating he and his feathery friend would be hanging out at Canuck’s favourite hangout beside the McDonald’s, posing for photos and selling personalized preprinted photos.
